WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER //
UK orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched with DPD the same day for next business day delivery for the UK mainland, and on a 48 hour service for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and some other remote areas. Orders received between 4pm Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Please monitor the tracking status of your parcel using the tracking number from your dispatch confirmation email. We recommend downloading the DPD app, which will allow you to reschedule your delivery if you aren’t going to be home, or divert it to a retail point for you to collect at your convenience.
